The system comes with a side outlet igniter head for candle son. If you prefer a straight output, choose the model123 DS-R.
For ID's after 2/1964, Citroën has mounted ignition distributors with vacuum advance, to replace the use of referenceDS 123-RV.
The ID 19B from September 1966 to September 1968 are equipped with DV engine. The DS19 / DS19MA & the ID19FA are equipped with engines "DY" from 1965 to 1968. For these cars, use the igniter123 DV-R.
Fully electronic, igniters 123 Ignition operate without switches and therefore have no friction piece. You have no wear. In addition to this increased reliability, electronic igniters 123 Ignition are, conversely ignitersflyweight, more accurate and responsive bringing more flexibility to your engine. They also improve your consumption.
The igniter is supplied with instructions for assembly and adjustment and installs in less than 10 minutes directly instead of your original igniter. This very simple rule with an integrated LED that lights up when it ensconced. You then have the optimal advance to its proper functioning. See the example below with a Citroën Traction lighter.
This model contains 16 preset advance curves to choose according to your engine. After checking in the record, the number of the corresponding curve in your vehicle; simply unscrew a cover behind which is a rotary knob must be positioned on the right curve. The specific dimmer model is factory-set and can not be changed, as this may cause engine damage in case of incorrect setting.
